Pogona Scarf

I love this scarf and i love the yarn i used to make it. This one i made for myself. The scarf is the Pogona Scarf by Stephen West (westknits) and the yarn is a hand dyed cotton/tencel yarn in the 'Huon' colourway by Evoke Designer Yarn & Fabric.

Waratah Fibers Sampler Hat

I made this hat using a pack of hand dyed samples from Waratah Fibers, I bought the pack at the TAFTA forum this year. The pattern was the Sockhead Hat by Kelly McClure.

Scrunchable Scarf and Sari Silk Mesh Scarf

These scarves were actually pretty fun and easy. The first is the Scrunchable Scarf by Susan McConne and the second is just a basic crochet mesh with added tassels made from recycled sari silk.

Pastiche scarf

I'd picked up a couple of bags of cheap yarn from my favourite markets. Amongst the bags I found some skeins of an interesting looking yarn, it was McMahon's Farm 'Pastiche' (45% Viscose 40% Acrylic 15% Mohair). Kind of felt a bit rough but looked kind of nice. So i decided to do a basic rib stitch scarf and it wound up turning into a fairly soft fabric.... And here it is!

Knitted snail

This little guy was in the front window of Morris & Sons Sydney. I was out the front after having picked up some small circular needles so i could try working on some socks and I saw the knitted snail sitting in the window behind me and I had to grab a pic, luckily I had my camera with me.

I knit Lace

This lace work scarf was hand knitted by yours truly. Quite a bit of it was actually made while walking. It was my first foray into lace knitting and definitely will not be my last. Still needs to be blocked before completion, but still i did smash it out pretty fast.
